This lovely patient in her 70s came to see me for a secondary deep plane facelift after having a prior facelift with a different surgeon. This is a photo of her healed incisions at 5 months post surgery, they have been traced in red for clarity.
When I perform a full deep plane facelift it involves incisions in the hairline, in front of the ear, behind the ear, and in the hairline behind the ear. This allows correction of the aging face and neck. My incisions are always hidden in natural creases/transitions to make them less perceptible.
