Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 305
Case Details
This patient came to me after a previous rhinoplasty left her with a persistent nasal bump and a drooping tip. Since her initial surgery involved work on her nasal septum, additional cartilage was needed to support and refine her nose. While many surgeons harvest cartilage from the rib, leaving a chest scar, I used donor cartilage from MTF Biologics to avoid this. This approach made the surgery shorter and the recovery smoother. The result? A more balanced and elegant profile.
