Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 271

This patient came to see me as she was concerned about the tired appearance of her eyes. Her goal was to have this corrected in a conservative and natural appearing way. I performed an upper blepharoplasty for her to remove the extra skin and create a neater upper eyelid fold. I also removed some fat from the inner aspect of the upper eyelid which had become prominent with time. These are her results at 2 months post surgery. 

Incidentally, this patient was also concerned about the appearance of her jawline and neck for which I performed a deep plane facelift in the same surgery (results not pictured here).
