Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 327

Breast enhancement surgery is commonly performed with an aim to conservatively fill a bra and clothing without looking unnatural. Conservative breast enhancement may be performed using a properly chosen implant that has a moderate or moderate/low projection, or occasionally this can be achieved with the use of fat grafting.  This athletic patient of mine underwent breast enhancement surgery using a 190 gram low plus profile cohesive silicone implant.  Her outcome is as she requested.  It is natural in appearance and does not impact her active lifestyle.  Not all breast augmentation surgery needs to be dramatic.
