Consultations

In-office consultations are priced at $125 plus HST. This fee may be paid in full by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express at the time of reservation. In the event of a cancellation, please provide at least 72 hours' notice to receive a full refund. The $125 fee may also be applied to the cost of future surgical or non-surgical office procedures scheduled within 6 months of the consultation.

Consultations for reconstructive surgery are billed to the Ministry of Health. We require a physician's referral for this type of consultation.

Quotations

Following an office consultation, we provide a written quotation for the recommended procedure. This quotation is valid for 6 months. The quotation includes the following:

  • Practice or surgeon's fee, including the surgical procedure and follow-up office visits for up to 1 year after surgery
  • Anaesthesia fees
  • Facility fees
  • Overnight stay, if applicable
  • Implants and medical devices


Financing

We understand that plastic surgery is a major investment for many, and we're happy to accept third-party financing from the following services:

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking a surgical date, we require that you pay an initial deposit of $1,000. You must pay the full remaining balance for your surgery at least 3 weeks prior to your surgical date. We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Certified cheque
  • Bank draft

We do not accept personal cheques. We discourage cash transactions in excess of $1,500.

Keep in mind that surgery involves many professionals including anaesthesiologists, nurses, and administrative staff. Cancellations impact many people on our team who have committed their time and require compensation. Our refund policies are as follows:

  • Cancellation greater than 4 weeks before day of surgery: $300 processing fee charged, remainder of deposit refunded
  • Cancellation between 3 and 4 weeks before day of surgery: $1,000 deposit charged, remainder of payments refunded
  • Cancellation between 2 and 3 weeks before day of surgery: 50% of surgical fee is refunded
  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks before day of surgery: No refund of fees

Rescheduling

We prefer rescheduling of surgery at least 3 weeks prior to the arranged date. Surgery rescheduled closer to the original date is subject to our cancellation policy.

Revision Surgery

Although necessary revisionary surgery is not typically required, there are aspects of the healing process that are beyond our control once surgery is concluded. If revisionary surgery is necessary, it is best to wait a minimum of 6 months prior to any revision to allow the swelling to resolve and surgical scars to mature and fade. Although we waive the professional surgical fee for revisionary cases, facility, anesthesia, and applicable medical device fees (such as those related to implants or garments) are the responsibility of the patient.
